Replacements Policy

Defective or Damaged Items:
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not as described, we offer a hassle-free replacement service. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving the item by contacting our customer service team with your order details and a description of the issue, along with any relevant photos.

Replacement Process:
Once your claim is verified, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost. Depending on availability, we may offer a similar product if the original item is out of stock. Exchanges for Size, Color, or Model:

Refund Processing:
